When showing the projects that we have run or collaborated on, we show the ultimate 'end-user' client, to maintain client confidentiality.

Geoff Coppenhall - Senior Partner

Highways England

For the last five years with Highways England we have:

  • Prepared or assisted with all Tenders

  • Did the final review of all Tenders

  • Contract managed the 95% that were awarded to clients

  • Designed Cloud Servers to meet Government security standards

  • Designed project cost reporting for Highways England

North Wales Traffic Officer Service

In 2013 we assisted with a major Tender for clients reviewed the final documentation and submitted it.

They were awarded the contract to train 1,200 personnel in a variety of skills that took a year to complete.

We developed a reporting system that interfaced with the 'End Users' requirements.

Client has an agreement to provide relief Traffic Officers to the Service.

Our role was to manage to contract in its entirety by:

  • Handling all requests for staff

  • Rostering clients staff

  • Maintaining all records

  • Submitting monthly Accounts

UK Highways A55 Ltd
National Traffic Operations Centre
Large Trailer Training

We took total control of the project hiring in vehicles, fitting them out, set up a Private Mobile Radio Network.  This company, wanted Traffic Officers to control a section of the A55 on Anglesey, that was to be repaired for an extended period.  The clients staff under our direction, acted as 'Wide load' escorts through the Roadworks.

The National Traffic Operations Centre (NTOC),  interfaces with all the Regional Control Centres. At NTOC we act as Contract Managers for clients, and are actively involved in:

  • Foundation Training

  • Command & Control

  • Call Handling & Leadership

  • Trauma Diffusion

New entrants to the Highways England Traffic Officer Service are required to have Category B + E (Large Trailer Towing) on their Licence. On behalf of clients we:

  • Abstract Officers from their Rota

  • Find a Test Centre with availability

  • Arrange a Trainer, with car & trailer

  • Co-ordinate the complete process

Geoff:  Thank you for all your support which has without question enabled us to keep operations here running as smoothly as possible, it is very much appreciated.

Kind regards,
